Port Stephens Rentals was established in 2022 by Principal, Tracey Tiltman, as a specialised, independent boutique residential property management business for both investors & renters across the Tomaree Peninsula/Nelson Bay area, being founded on a passion for property & people.  Our goal is to deliver high quality service outcomes, based upon integrity, transparency & professionalism….and a touch of laughter along the way!

Our agency aims to provide clients with comprehensive property management services on a personal basis, one whereby the client maintains a direct working relationship with the Principal, ensuring consistency & the one point of contact.

Tracey & her family moved to Port Stephens in December 1974 & has watched the area grow considerably in this time.  Tracey now lives in Nelson Bay and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1988, holding both a Class 1 Real Estate & Strata Managing Agents License.
